What hours are you available live?
Currently, we are available for live support between 9 am and 5 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) during weekdays). Which is the following times in other locations:
- 6 pm – 2 am EST
- 3 pm – 11 pm PST
- 11 pm – 7 am GMT
- 1 am – 9 am CET
If you are unable to reach us during our live support times, we will be able to respond to your queries as soon as it reaches 9 am AEST the following business day.
We are unavailable for live support on weekends.
